Room Occupancy
Our rooms accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child under 6 years old. Children older than 6 are considered adults for booking purposes. This ensures your stay is comfortable and complies with room capacity guidelines.
Bar
Beverage service is available during business hours, offering a selection of beer, water, soft drinks, and rum. Guests can relax and enjoy a drink in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the room rate and is served daily from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. Enjoy a fresh and tasty start to your day in a relaxed setting.
Check-In
Check-in is available at the reception counter in the dining area from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. A passport or other form of identification is required for each guest over the age of 18.
Check-Out
Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM. Secure baggage storage is available upon request. Late check-outs are subject to a $5 per hour fee.
Energy Conservation
We kindly ask our guests to help conserve energy by turning off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving the room or at check-out. For longer stays, housekeeping will service rooms as often as every three days, or less frequently if preferred by guests.
Laundry
Laundry service is available to guests upon request for $5 per load. This service helps make longer stays more comfortable and convenient.
Parking
Free parking is available inside the property for guests during their stay.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in guest rooms and in the reception area. However, it is allowed in designated outdoor seating areas. We kindly ask guests to use the provided ashtrays.
Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property. No exceptions.
Transportation
If you would like us to arrange transportation to or from the airport or another location in Nicaragua, please let us know at least one day in advance.
Payment
We accept cash in USD and NIO, bank transfers, and Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. A 5% service fee from our credit card processing provider applies to onsite credit card payments.
